On 19 July 2018, Jonathan Goldberg was awarded the prestigious CEO of the Year Award at the Future of HR Awards. The Future of HR Awards, hosted by Topco Media & partner Careers24, seeks to recognise southern Africa’s most outstanding, inspiring and effective leaders in people management strategies & HR innovation through a range of awards categories for companies, CEOs, HR leaders & the public sector.

In 2015, Grant Wilkinson from GBS's Cape Town office was a finalist in the Standard Bank Rising Star Awards, which celebrates young, talented individuals in the 28-40 year age category across various sectors in South Africa.

Our Cape Town office recently won two awards at the 2015 regional BPESA Industry Awards. They were:
• Best Support Services: Training & Development (External).​
• Best Support Services: Professional Consulting (External).​
Following the regional awards, our Cape Town office has now been entered into the national BPESA Industry Awards. The Gala Dinner will take place on the 28th of November 2015 at Grand West, Cape Town.​
