Specific Focus Areas:
- strategic planning for human resources management and practices
- acquisition, development and utilisation of people
- establishment and improvement of labour and employee relations
- compensation and administration related to human resources management and practices
This programme will be presented on a part-time basis over a period of two years.
Learners will be required to attend five modules a year with modules being presented through direct facilitation as set out in the regional schedules (available upon request).
Learners may also register for specific modules only. Prices available upon request.
Learners will be required to complete formative assessments during the classes and upon completion of each module, summative assessments will be required to be submitted in the form of Portfolios of Evidence.

Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 4
