Kim is an admitted Attorney of the High Court, specialising in the field of labour law. She is also one of our regular facilitators.
Kim recently completed a self-powered 6,772 km expedition around the borders of South Africa which saw her either running an average of 42 km, cycling 100 km a day or kayaking around 50 km a day for six consecutive days a week, which took close to five months last year in all types of weather conditions, earning her the nickname “Ramkat”! (This story is only included as one of the many amusing encounters that she shares during her presentation).
Her captivating 60 minute presentation encourages the audience to rediscover the passion that enables them to recharge their batteries and prevent burn-out and loss of creativity. It also provides an entertaining, anecdotal and positive perspective of South Africa and draws many comparisons between the challenges faced on her self-powered journey around the border of South Africa and those encountered in the business world as well as in one’s personal life.
The presentation is largely visual as her narration of events is illustrated in a number of photographic slides and a short video clip.
