From April of 2011, the Consumer Protection Act was made into a piece of legislation. Most entrepreneurs and small businesses were weary of how it would affect them, and what it could mean for business. Advocate Neville Melville, who was involved in the consultative process of the act and has written a book about it, watched its developments closely.
