Jonathan is a nationally acclaimed consultant, lecturer, attorney and author on matters relating to Labour Law, Industrial Relations and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment. Jonathan is also an Arbitration and Mediation panelist, accredited Commissioner of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, member of Tokiso dispute settlement panel. Jonathan’s broader business leadership and acumen was recognized when he received the Border-Kei Chamber of Business/Daily Dispatch businessman of the year award for 2009.

Mphathi is the joint CEO of Global and a leading consultant in areas relating to strategic management, Board training and development, Performance Management, organizational designs and business planning.

Thembi is the MD of Global and a pre-eminent trainer and consultant in the fields of Employment Equity and Skills Development. She consults and trains extensively across the country to companies such as Nestle and Nampak on compliance with the relevant Acts and regulations.

Dave is the Regional Branch Manager of Global based in Port Elizabeth and has extensive legal, consulting and training experience in all aspects of Labour Law. He is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and an accredited assessor.

Grant is the Regional Manager of Global based in Cape Town. Grant leads our training services on the Da Vinci Diploma and Masters courses as well as being a respected labour law consultant and attorney.

Menét is a senior HR Consultant based in Cape Town and has experience in a range of HR related projects such as Section 197 (LRA) transfers; conducting employee satisfactions surveys; developing performance management schemes, recruitment techniques as well as various other HR principles. Menét is also responsible for maintaining Global’s Training Provider status with the Services SETA and managing the company’s QMS (Quality Management System).

Craig is a widely experienced and respected labour law practitioner having represented a number of blue chip employer companies across South Africa.

Jonathan is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a senior labour law practitioner based in Johannesburg.

Kim is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Marianne has more than 20 years experience in labour law (first enforcing compliance as an Inspector of the Dept of Labour, thereafter advising corporate clients as a Labour Consultant and eventually aligning Company policy and practice with legislation in the capacity of HR Manager for an international export manufacturer)

Catherine is an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a senior labour law practitioner based in East London.

Denver is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Vinal was previously employed as a BEE Verification Manager. He has been extensively involved in research, analysis and the recommendation of strategic change in the fields of B-BBEE, Organisational Development, Human Resources and Employee Wellness.

Melvin is a renowned marketer who trained as Accountant at Ernst and Young Johannesburg. He has previously worked as a senior manager at Vodacom and held CEO positions at Primedia @ Home and Ster Kinekor Moviestop. He was also the founding CEO of Numedia in Zimbabwe and EP Marketing.
